- Each series uses a trailing window of daily values. Default window is 90 calendar days. The window is shorter until the series is warm.
- Unavailable series drop out. Remaining weights renormalize to 1.
- The map to 0–100 is the current working logistic. A new version can replace it.
An LLM may have designed the formula. It is not in the scoring path. The fear-versus-general-interest split is under review. Current published bible: 20-algorithm. Weights file: algo/weights.json. Rethink note (pending): docs/algorithm-rethink.md.
